| MR. DILIP LIMAYE: |

- Mr. Limaye has over 40 years of experience in domestic and international energy consulting and advisory services, Mr. Limaye is internationally recognized as a pioneer and an expert in the methods, techniques, and implementation of EE/DSM, IRP, DG/CHP, and electricity market reforms and restructuring.
- Mr. Limaye is a Senior Advisor to the World Bank on Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy and Sustainable Development. He has recently worked on Bank Projects related to energy efficiency, sustainable development and climate change in India, South Africa, Brazil, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Uganda, and Rwanda.
- He is also operating through SRC Global Inc. as an independent consultant on international projects, specializing in energy policy, energy industry restructuring, energy efficiency, renewable energy, integrated resource planning (IRP), demand-side management (DSM), and distributed generation/combined heat and power (DG/CHP).
- Mr. Limaye is also well-known for his work related to energy services. He was the Founder and President of the International Energy Services Company (INTESCO), the first multinational ESCO. In this position, he guided the establishment and operation of ESCOs in Asia, Eastern Europe and Australia, and provided training to the local staffs of these companies.
- He has provided consulting services and technical assistance related to business strategies, financial plans, start-up and operation of 12 ESCOs in the U.S., Canada, Sweden, Finland, Australia, Japan, Korea and Sri Lanka.
- Mr. Limaye has presented over 50 papers on DSM, IRP, energy efficiency, distributed generation, carbon emissions and related topics at national and international conferences, and has organized and conducted numerous seminars, workshops and training programs.
- Mr. Limaye introduced the concept of the International Energy Efficiency and DSM Conference, a highly successful international forum that organized and conducted four major international conferences in Canada, Sweden and Germany.
